Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair, odors or damage, with original packaging and tags.

Email service@favunerl.com before returning anything. Include your order number and photos when reporting damage or an incorrect item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
